Direct booking with the Piriohos Family.

All prices are per apartment or suite per night in Euro

Simply multiply the current rate offered at your bank by the number of Euros so for example a one week stay in a two person studio in September is 55 Euros X 7 nights = 385 Euros then multiply by the exchange rate shown (typically around .69 ) = cost in GB pounds.
If you use the rate calculated by Euros to the pound (typically around 1.40) then divide the 385 by the exchange rate.

Important Announcement

Jimmy has many apartments now available for direct booking in 2008 including Studio and Two Bedroom apartments.
The prices for these are shown below and prices include air conditioning or fan and safe box.

10% discount on these prices for full payment if paid before the 31 March 2008

All prices include transfers by private transport to and from the airport. 

Arrival and departure dates can be flexible to allow for flight bookings.

The apartments are self catering with facilities for cooking light meals. 
All apartments also have a fridge, kettle and  toaster

The pool is open from 9am to 7pm and Oscar's Bar becomes the evening focal point for a friendly drink and chat.


All bookings are subject to terms and conditions.
The rate for each whole week is charged at the period that most days in that week fall

Jimmy's poolside snack bar

Car Hire - Jimmy can arrange a hire car for you from a small runabout to a four wheel drive jeep through a local company with full insurance and CDW. Exceptionally good rates. Petrol is about 70p a litre. For trips around the island by coach or by boat, Jimmy will advise you when you arrive. 
Jimmy can also arrange for hire of  fans, irons and ironing boards and microwave ovens. These are small additional charges that you arrange with Jimmy on arrival. Daily room service clears the rubbish and toilet bins and top up toilet paper. Linen and towels are provided and changed twice a week. (Towels not for poolside use)
